Q: I'm not really the "sales-y" type, would I do good at this? 
A: At paparazzi Accessories, it's all about relationships, no high pressure selling.  If you enjoy getting out of the house, having fun and sharing jewelry and accessories with friends and family you have the qualifications you need to succeed.  In fact, Paparazzi Accessories sell themselves and the simplicity of our products are the main reasons so many Paparazzi customers decide to become Consultants.  They find themselves enjoying a party experience instead of having to sit through a typical sales presentation and suddenly realize, "I can do this!"

Q: How do I become a Paparazzi Jewelry consultant?

 You can become a consultant for $40.00 (this gets you independent consultant status, and allows you to start purchasing products at wholesale. click JOIN NOW and enter #3691

Q: What's the best way to get started?

The starter kits are the BEST VALUE and can only be purchased when you first sign up. The $40 consultant fee is INCLUDED in all starter kits, making it an even better value! The options for Starter kits are as follows:

■ Small Home Party Kit – Jewelry Only - $300.00 includes 100 pcs of jewelry (no hair accessories), 50 sales bags, 25 display hooks, 25 party invitations, 25 receipts, 5 new consultant applications, 5 comp plan brochures, jewelry .

■ Small Home Party Kit - $300.00 – includes 100 pcs of jewelry (70% jewelry, 30% hair accessories), 50 sales bags, 25 display hooks, 25 party , 25 receipts, 5 new consultant applications, 5 comp plan brochures, jewelry repair kit.

■ Large Home Party Kit - $700.00 – (70% jewelry, 30% hair accessories), 150 sales bags, 75 display hooks, 75 party invitations, 75 receipts, 15 new consultant applications, 15 comp plan brochures, jewelry repair kit

■ Boutique Starter Kit - $1,400.00 - (60% jewelry, 40% hair accessories), 300 sales bags, 150 display hooks, 150 party invitations, 150 receipts, 15 new consultant applications, 15 comp plan brochures, jewelry repair kit

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Click JOIN NOW It will ask you for a sponsor I.D. and you need to enter #3691. After this you will enter your information and you will be assigned your own consultant id #.  

Q: Is there nickel in the jewelry?

A:  No....nickel and lead free.

Q: Is there a catalog ?

A: No – because Paparazzi jewelry is ever changing to keep up with the fashion and trends, there are no catalogs 

Q: Can I order online? 

A: Yes, just click the purchase/buy tab and you can view the items I currently have in stock. 

Q: Can I charge more than $5 for the jewelry?

A:  Yes, you can charge as much as you want, but not LESS than $5!

 Q: How to place an order?

A: Log in to your back office. Look at your options tab and click on “my orders”.Next click on “new order”. You will see a list of options to the left hand side (necklaces, bracelets, earrings etc….blockbuster necklaces, blockbuster earrings etc.) Click on the option you would like to order from. In the “blockbuster” options, you will get 5 of the same piece of jewelry. In the regular options, you will get 5 different pieces of jewelry. You can view the pieces of jewelry that are included in any particular kit by clicking on the picture next to the kit.

Q: Special Pull?

 If there is any particular item that you may want multiple of, you can call or email Paparazzi and request a special pull. There is a $10.00 fee to do this, but you can hand pick up to 25 items of your choosing.

Q: Shipping Cost?

 A: There is a $10 flat rate for shipping ($20 for Alaska & Hawaii) on all orders $450.00 or less. All orders above $450.00 are free shipping! Please plan on two to three days for your orders to be processed and shipped.

 Q: Damaged Jewelry/Warranty?

 A: If you receive jewelry from Paparazzi that is broken or damaged, you have three days to contact Paparazzi to receive a credit. I was told that you can take a picture of the damaged jewelry and email Paparazzi and they would credit your account. As far as jewelry you sell to your customers, it is up to you what kind of warranty/refund you are willing to do. Most of the problem we have with jewelry “breaking”, is the “o” rings opening up and that is a simple, quick fix. We have had very few actual breaks that cannot be fixed.

Q: Maintaining Active Consultant Status:

■  If you order with a starter kit you are active for an entire year

■ To remain eligible for commissions from your down line from  you must purchase at least 50 pv (25 pieces) per month.

Commissions/Profit –

■ You earn a 45% profit off each piece of jewelry you sell. You can also earn commissions from your down line (consultants you sign up). 5% commission is earned from each consultant until you have 3 signed up at which point you will earn 10% commission for each piece of jewelry those consultants order. If they sign up consultants you earn 5% of those jewelry orders. As you advance in rank you are eligible for other commissions.

■ GV = Group Volume and is the volume of jewelry purchased through your down line. Your PV (personal volume) is not included in this total. Rank advancements are determined by your GV. The higher in rank you are, the higher your commissions will be.

Q: Are there any scripts to memorize or special dress code?
A: Definitely not! We do provide suggestions on how to have a successful party, but the way you run your parties—and your business—is entirely up to you. From formal presentations to completely unstructured gatherings to one-on-one visits, the choice is yours. We intentionally keep our product line and pricing simple ($5.00 each) because that makes it easy for you as a consultant to relax and be yourself.
